Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Belize
You are personally greeted at the Belize International Airport by a representative of Adventures in
Belize. Your representative will direct you over to the local airline desk where you will board your
flight to San Pedro. In San Pedro you will be greeted by someone from the hotel and you will be accompanied
to the dock for your boat transfer to the resort. Welcome cocktail. Accommodations in a SeaView Bungalow.
Full 3-course dinner at the resort (alcoholic beverages not included).
Days 2: Half Day Snorkel and Message
Breakfast at the resort. Today you leave the resort for a half-day snorkel trip. This site is located
about 20 minutes north of San Pedro and perfect for snorkeling with amazingly clear water and beautifully
colored coral. Depth is from 6-12 beet. This tour can be arranged for either the morning or afternoon.
Lunch is on your own. For lunch options, try Rojo Lounge, just up the beach. Perfect for Ice-cream!! Return
for your 1-hour aromatherapy message at the Jade Spa. Reservations at Mambos for your full 3-course dinner
at the resort. This does not include alcoholic beverages.
Days 3: Full Day Altun Ha Maya Ruin Trip
BBreakfast at the resort. Today you will take a boat from San Pedro for a full day trip to Altun Ha Mayan
ruins on the mainland. This tour takes you through the North River, where you board a bus form Bomba Village
to the maya ruins site. The name of Altun Ha means "Water of the Rock" and is the site where one of the largest
carved jade mask artifact in the Maya world was found. The site consists of two main plazas with some thirteen
temples in the park like atmosphere. You then head over to the nearby Maruba Resort and Jungle Spa where you
will have lunch (not included in the package) and you can visit the jungle spa for treatments (not included
in package). Return to the island in the late afternoon and relax in the Jacuzzi before dinner which is on
your own. For tonight's meal we recommend Rendezvous just south of the resort, serving French-Thai cuisine.
Good ambience, great food! While you are there, try one of their wine selections from the in-house winery.
Days 4: Full Day Snorkel Tour to Bacalar Chico
Breakfast at the resort. For today's trip, leave by boat for a full day snorkel tour to Bacalar Chico
National Park. This site is located north of San Pedro and offers some snorkel stops, hiking through the
narrow area of jungle until you get to the site called Rocky Point which is a world heritage site and where
the reef meets the land. The tour includes a delicious BBQ lunch on the beach. Return to the resort in the
late afternoon. Dinner tonight is a full 3-course meal at the resort.
Day 5: Departure
Breakfast at the resort. Check out and take a water taxi transfer from Mata Chica to the airport in
town for your flight from San Pedro to Belize City for your next Belize destination...
