Grand Caribe Belize Resort & Condos
Grand Caribe Belize is a luxury Caribbean resort in Belize located only 2 miles north of San Pedro Town on the island of Ambergris Caye. Every condo has breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef, which lies about 1/2 mile off shore.
The family friendly surroundings feature 650 feet of beautiful, sandy beach. We offer number of on-site amenities and services such as, a convenience store, “The Beach Basket”, a conference facility and fitness center. Our pier features a gazebo and lounging deck with easy access for a dip in the sea. We have five swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and comfy hammocks; ideal for reading, listening to music or taking an afternoon nap. Our onsite pool bar features a swim up bar, poolside dining, private dining on the pier and room service.
Guest can order finger food from the pool bar however, all meals are prepared at Rain Restaurant. Private dining and room service are still available.
Grand Caribe Belize has a large selection of one two, three and four bedroom condominiums. All condos are spacious, beautifully furnished and feature fully equipped kitchens. In addition to the exquisite view of the Sea, the units also feature outstanding views of the pools and our well-manicured grounds.

Each spacious unit is individually owned and uniquely furnished with everything you need to feel at home. Every condo has a fully equipped kitchen and each bedroom has its own bath.

Grand Caribe’s two-story 3 bed/3 bath condos are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the buildings and offer unobstructed panoramic vies of the Caribbean Sea. At over 2300 square feet, the main floor has a spacious veranda and includes the living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The upper floor is comprised of the master bedroom and master bath. It has its own private veranda offering yet another spectacular sea view. In addition to the Caribbean Sea view, many of these condos also offer views overlooking the pools and beautifully manicured grounds.

Grand CAribe’s 4 bed/4 bath Penthouse offers over 3,600 square feet of living space. The main floor includes a dining room, living room, kitchen, large wet bar, and one of the four bedrooms as well as a grand veranda hosting panoramic views of the Caribbean sea, three pools, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Three of the four bedrooms are on the upper level and include their own private verandas, two with sea views and one with a lagoon view (great for sunsets). Each bedroom has it’s own spacious connecting bathroom.
