Roberts Grove Beach Resort
Robert’s Grove Beach Resort is nestled on twenty-two lush acres between the Caribbean Sea and the Placencia Lagoon. The Hacienda-style Inn is situated on the finest white, sandy beach of the Placencia Peninsula, an 18-mile stretch of paradise that juts out from the mainland in southern Belize, where some of the best beaches in Belize are located.
The main points of interest on the Placencia Peninsula are so close in proximity that you’ll be able to reach most places by foot or a quick taxi ride. The Inn’s vehicles go back and forth to the village so often, you’ll probably be able to hitch a ride.
Robert’s Grove has a variety of accommodations from standard rooms to one and two bedroom luxury suites, all with a view of the Caribbean.
Find peace and fresh breezes on our white sandy beach. The gazebo at the end of our 180′ pier is nothing short of heavenly.
The Inn at Robert’s Grove has three beachfront swimming pools that all of our guests are welcome to use. There is a 50-foot pool in the vicinity of the Beachview Standard rooms and Junior Suites; another 50-foot pool is in the area of the Deluxe Suites. A 50-foot infinity swimming pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar is in the vicinity of the Grand Villa Suites.
Lunch and drinks are no further than our thatched poolside bar and grill. Stay fit working out in our air-conditioned fitness room with an assortment of free weights and fitness machines. And when the day is over, relax in one of the inn’s rooftop Jacuzzis. Paddle up the beautiful Placencia Lagoon in one of our canoes, sea kayaks, sail boats, or Hobie Kats, or just bike around the Peninsula.
Tennis anyone? Try out Robert’s Grove tennis court — day or night. You can bring your own racket or take a chance on ours.
The Habanero Mexican Cafe & Bar overlooks the Placencia Lagoon at the Robert’s Grove Marina. Open for lunch and dinner, sunset cocktails and late night drinks.
Accommodations

From beautifully appointed Standard Rooms with views of Belize’s Caribbean Sea to ocean view and oceanfront one, two and three bedroom Deluxe and Grand Villa Suites, with spacious interiors and huge terraces, each of our accommodations are just steps from the beach and provide all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a top Caribbean resort.
Each room offers hairdryer, safe, phone, cable TV, small refrigerator and is decorated with handcrafted furniture in native woods, woven fabrics and rugs, Mexican terra cotta tiled floors, original artwork and antiques. Each room also has private bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Beach View Standard Rooms
Our first floor beach view standard rooms are 16 ft. x 24 ft. with king or twin beds. The rooms also have a futon couch for an additional person. The first floor rooms have a front entrance and overlook the pool and beach or beach trees and the beach with a private terrace.
Our second floor beach view standard rooms are 16 ft. x 24 ft. with king beds only. Second floor rooms have a similar layout to the first floor rooms, though the second floor rooms have cathedral ceilings and front and back doors, rear entrance and rear balcony.
The rooms also have a futon couch for an additional person. Second floor rooms, which overlook the pool and beach or beach trees and the beach – have better beach views than first floor rooms.
Oceanfront Junior Suites
Our oceanfront junior suites are 24 ft. x 24 ft. with king beds only. Junior suites also have a futon couch in the main bedroom for an additional person and a tiny room with bunk beds off the main bedroom (suitable for 2 children). The junior suites have large private terraces and direct views of the beach and sea.
Oceanfront Deluxe Suites
Our one-bedroom oceanfront deluxe suites (first and second floor) have a king-bedded master bedroom and a separate living room that has a futon couch and a day bed (suitable for a child). Both the bedroom and living room have separate access to the bathroom, and both rooms have separate access to the huge, wrap-around deck that overlooks the beach and sea. Second Floor Deluxe Suites have cathedral ceilings and more expansive views of the beach and sea.
The two-bedroom oceanfront deluxe suites (first and second floor) have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room (with a futon couch). The bedrooms and living room have separate access to the deck that overlooks the beach and sea. The master bath has separate access from the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up into a king. The Second Floor two-bedroom suite has cathedral ceilings and more expansive views of the beach and sea.
Garden View Grand Villa – Standard Room
The two-bedroom deluxe suites (first and second floor) have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room (with a futon couch). The bedrooms and living room have separate access to the deck that overlooks the beach and sea. The master bath has separate access from the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up into a king. The Second Floor two-bedroom suite has cathedral ceilings and more expansive views of the beach and sea.
Oceanfront Grand Villa Suite
There are 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom deluxe suites (first and second floor) have 1 or 2 bedrooms and full bathrooms respectively, and living room (with a futon couch). The bedrooms and living room have separate access to the deck that overlooks the beach and sea.
The master bath has separate access from the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up into a king. The Second Floor two-bedroom suite has cathedral ceilings and more expansive views of the beach and sea.
The second floor oceanfront three bedroom Grand Villa Suites are 2200 square feet and duplex. Two bedrooms and the common living room are on the second floor, while the third bedroom is rooftop and is known as the Penthouse Bedroom. The second floor bedrooms include one that faces the beach and one that overlooks a tropical garden. The beachfront bedroom has a king bed and the garden bedroom has twin beds that can be made up into a king.
Grand Villa Penthouse Rooms
The oceanfront Penthouse Bedroom, is part of the 3-bedroom Grand Villa Suite, but can be rented separately when the 3-bedroom suite is not being used. It has private access from the outside. The Penthouse bedroom has a king bed, with a futon that can accommodate additional person. The Penthouse bedroom has an oceanfront balcony with fabulous views of the ocean. The Penthouse Bedroom has cathedral ceilings and a full bath with shower and refrigerator.
