Xanadu Island Resort
Xanadu Island Resort is a unique boutique and Eco-friendly resort. This small property features only 20 suites on site. Xanadu Resort offers a relaxing atmosphere for guests at an Ocean Front location just 1 mile south of the heart of town. They offer complimentary use of bikes during the day, as well as the complimentary use of kayaks and paddle boards.
The resort features a natural forest reserve with its own nature trails for walking and some man made fountains that have attracted many birds to the location.
There are 2 grocery stores and a bakery just outside of the premises as well as restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the area that offer complimentary ground transfers if you wish to make dinner reservations.

Accommodations
All suites have full size kitchens, appliances, air conditioning, cable TV, complimentary use of Wifi indoors and outdoors, hot and cold water, private safes. On site laundry facilities are available and the resort is serviced by a full service front/tour desk and a bar.
Studio Suite
Studio Suites are located on the ground floor each with a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and private furnished veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. (Sleeps 2)
Loft Suite
Loft Suites are located on the second floor on two levels. The lower level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, full bathroom, and private furnished veranda with views of the ocean, pool, and/or gardens.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper level where there is an open loft with a king bed and bathroom with shower. (Sleeps 2)
One Bedroom Suites
One Bedroom Suites are located on the ground floor. They both have fully equipped kitchens, living/dining area, bedroom with a King bed (or two twin beds), bathroom with personal care products and private furnished veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. The sofa in this suite folds out into a queen sleeper. (Sleeps 2-4)
Two Bedroom Suites
There are nine Two Bedroom Suites available in different configurations. There are two are ocean front, ground level, three garden view ground level, three first floor garden/ocean view and one second floor ocean view. All have fully equipped kitchens, spacious living/dining areas, panoramic windows and private furnished verandas. All have at least two bathrooms. One has 2 Queen beds, six have a Queen and a King (or 2 twins), two have two Kings (or 4 twins) (Sleeps 4-6)
Three Bedroom Suites
Deluxe Ocean Front Three Bedroom Suite #11 is located on the first floor on two levels. The lower level has an over-sized fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, large private furnished veranda overlooking the ocean. There is also one bedroom with King (or 2 twin beds) and en-suite bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper level where there are two bedrooms each with full bathrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other has a King (or 2 twins) (Sleeps 6-8)
Suite #18 is the Garden View Three Bedroom Suite. It is located on the first floor on two levels. The lower level has a cozy kitchen, living and dining area with private furnished veranda. There is also a bedroom on the lower level with an en-suite bathroom and King Bed (or 2 twins). (Sleeps 6)
